Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Care 4 Bathrooms Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and booking our plumbing or bathroom renovation services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services & Quotes

• Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Scope of Work: We will perform the work outlined in your written quote. Any extra work or changes requested during the job will be charged separately.
• Access: You agree to give our team clear and safe access to your property to complete the work.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Deposits: A deposit of 50% will be required before we order materials or begin large projects like bathroom renovations.
• Final Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless we agree to other terms in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.
• Fees: Late cancellations or failure to grant access to the property at the agreed time may result in a call-out fee.

4. Guarantees & Liability

• Workmanship: We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months after completion. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
• Materials: Fixtures, appliances, and materials supplied by us are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
• Existing Issues: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden plumbing faults, or structural issues discovered while performing our services.

5.  Sub- Contractors

        We may use specialist contractors to carry out all or part of the installation. We remain fully accountable to the client for the quality, timeliness and standard               of work delivered by any sub-contractor. Please note that any specific tasks -  such as gas or electrcial, will be carried out by certified sub-contractors, and any unforeseen defects found during work will be quoted as extra remedial work. 

6. Website Use

• Content: All content, images, and text on this website belong to us and cannot be used without our permission.
• Accuracy: We try to keep our website information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, prices, or availability are completely error-free.

7. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page and will apply to all bookings made after the post date.
